PART TIME TELESALES PERSON - JOB DESCRIPTION
The job
As a part-time Telesales Person you will be involved
in calling new and existing customers as well as answering the
telephone to take orders and help with queries.
Full training will be given to the right candidate.
Key
Tasks

Make and receive telephone sales calls

Place and edit orders on a computer using our
existing database

Assist in general office administrative tasks
linked to sales e.g. editing client information within
the database, emailing and mailing information to
prospective customers, printing and filing invoices.

Other administrative duties may be required
from time to time.
Working hours
This is a part time position. You will be required
to work 12 hours per week Monday to Thursday 9.30am -12.30pm.
There may be some opportunity for additional hours during the
year.
Pay
Pay will be at the rate of £8.50 per hour to be
reviewed after the first 3 months.
Training
On the job training will be given.
Dress
Dress should be smart casual. You will be provided a
company logo shirt should the need ever arise for you to visit
customers.

The brewery can at times be cold,
hot, noisy and caution is necessary with some of the
machinery.
