OK - got it!

Our 5 litre mini casks are filled on site at the brewery in Yeovil, racked from a fresh brew each time. They can be stored unopened for up to 2 months and are ideal for parties and small gatherings.

All mini casks contain yeast and isinglass just as cask conditioned real ale in a pub. Mini casks are the nearest thing to real ale in a pub. We recommend serving as near to 12 °C as possible for the true gourmet experience.

Once opened they are best consumed in 24-48 hours.

Simple instructions are included with every order. To prepare and serve your mini cask, place and still in a cool location for 4 hours before it is opened for use.
