Ordering & Delivery
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current applicable UK rate where appropriate.
We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.
You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase alcohol; if delivery is to an alternative address the recipient must also be 18 or older - by placing an order which includes alcoholic products you confirm that this is the case.
Delivery is FREE to postcodes within 20 km of the brewery (straight line distance measured to the centre of your postcode); we also have a reduced delivery charge of £4.50 for postcodes which are between 20 km and 25 km of the brewery. The revised rates will be applied automatically as part of the checkout process once you have entered your delivery address, but you can click here to see which rate applies to your postcode.
Delivery charges to anywhere else in mainland England, Wales or the Scotish Lowlands are calculated each time you add an item to the basket and are clearly shown; for example, for £9.00 you can have up to 24 bottles or up to 4 mini-kegs delivered. If you live elsewhere and would like to place an order then please contact us for a quote.
Some items can only be collected from the brewery; for example, casks. Special delivery may be possible by arrangement, especially if you are local - please contact us to discuss the matter.
We offer delivery dates up to 6 months in advance with the quickest delivery being in 2 working days (subject to availability). We are unable to offer delivery on weekends or bank holidays. As part of the checkout process you will be asked to select a delivery date - click here to preview available delivery dates. Earlier delivery may be possible but please telephone the brewery to place your order.
If for some reason you are not at the delivery destination when the courier attempts delivery, a card will be posted through the door to let you know the delivery was attempted. Please call the number on the card to arrange redelivery. If the local courier depot is not contacted within 48 hours from the attempted delivery date the order will be returned to Yeovil Ales, at which point a re-delivery charge will apply to resend the order to you.
A signature will be required on delivery. If you wish your order to be left in a location without a signature, you must request this in the Additional Infomation box within the checkout. In doing so you accept they are left solely at your own risk.
Items lost or damaged will be replaced free of charge provided we have the item(s) in stock, if the item(s) are out of stock we shall recommend a suitable replacement. The replacement order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Carriage charges incurred by Yeovil Ales are non-refundable if all attempts for delivery have failed. If a customer requests re-delivery after our initial attempts to deliver, all additional carriage costs will be charged to the customer.

You will be e-mailed a link to access your electronic items within 48 working hours of purchase.
Returns & Complaints
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return items in their original condition and packaging within 5 working days of delivery and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please make sure returned items are adequately insured and that you get a certificate to show proof of posting. Please note that bright beer products cannot be returned as they are racked specifically to fulfill your order.
